输液室护士针刺伤原因分析及防范措施

摘要

目的：分析输液室护士发生针刺伤的原因并提出相关的防范措施。方法对2014年度本科室38名护士包括实习生进行问卷调查，并且进行汇总分析。结果输液室护士发生针刺伤的原因主要发生在工作繁忙时，跟工作年限成反比，并且加药过程中占比57%，拔针分离针头时，占比31%，输液过程中占比12%。结论针对针刺伤发生的相关原因进行分析，采取相关的措施减少针刺伤的发生，减少职业危害的发生。%Objective Analysis of the causes of nurses in transfusion room nurses and put forward relevant preventive measures. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 2014 nurses including 38 undergraduate students, and a summary analysis was conducted.
