目的 观察造口护肤粉联合龙珠软膏用于Ⅱ期及Ⅲ期压疮治疗及护理的疗效.方法 选取36例压疮患者共50处压疮随机分为两组,对照组采用常规方法治疗,观察组采用造口护肤粉联合龙珠软膏涂敷,比较两组患者的治疗效果及治愈时间.结果 观察组中有26例治愈,对照组有10例治愈,观察组治愈时间为(15±3.0)d,比对照组(22±7.0) d缩短,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;观察组总有效率为100%高于对照组80%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 造口护肤粉联合龙珠软膏治疗Ⅱ期及Ⅲ期压疮有临床效果,能有效改善患者的预后和病情.%Objective Observation curative effect of zaokouhufufen combine with longzhuruangao in treatment of nursing stage II and stage III pressure sores.Methods Selected 36 cases of pressure ulcer in patients with a total of 50 pressure ulcer, were randomly divided into two groups, the control group treated with conventional method, the observation group the zaokouhufufen combined with longzhuruangao, were compared therapeutic effect of healing time in two groups.Results The observation group, 26 cases were cured, 10 cases in control group were cured, the cure time of observation group was ( 15±3.0 ) days, compared with the control group ( 22±7.0 ) days, the observation group total effective rate was 100% higher than the control group 80%,P<0.05, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion Zaokouhufufen combined with longzhuruangao in treatment of stage II and stage III pressure ulcers has good clinical effect, can effectively improve the patient's prognosis and patient's condition.
