利拉鲁肽与甘精胰岛素分别联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床分析

摘要

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of liraglutide and insulin glargine respectively metformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods 65 patients with type 2 diabetes, were randomly divided into control group ( insulin glargine ) 32 cases in the observation group ( liraglutide group ) 33 cases.Results The two groups of patients after treatment FBG, TC, FMN, HBA1C were improved, the observation group FMN levels was better than the control group,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance, compred the incidence of adverse reactions of two groups,P>0.05, had no difference statistically significance.Conclusion Metformin Liraglutide treatment of type 2 diabetes better than the control group with a promotional value.%目的 探讨利拉鲁肽与甘精胰岛素分别联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的疗效.方法 将2型糖尿病患者65例分为对照组(甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗)32例、观察组(利拉鲁肽组联合二甲双胍治疗) 33例.结果 两组患者治疗后FBG、TC、FMN、HBA1C水平均改善,且观察组FMN水平改善情况优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,两组患者不良反应发生率对比,P>0.05,差异不具有统计学意义.结论 利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的效果更佳.
