腹腔镜手术在早期宫颈癌治疗中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的 分析腹腔镜手术治疗早期宫颈癌的临床效果.方法 选择2014年7月~2015年7月在我院进行诊治的70例早期宫颈癌患者平均分成两组,研究组进行腹腔镜手术治疗;对照组进行传统开腹手术治疗.结果 研究组在手术操作时间、术中出血量、淋巴清扫数目、肛门恢复排气时间以及下床活动时间等方面均优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 腹腔镜治疗早期宫颈癌可降低术中出血量、提高淋巴清扫数量、促进疾病的康复.%Objective To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery for cervical cancer early.Methods Selected 70 patients with early cervical cancer from July 2014 to July 2015 in our hospital, were average divided into two groups, the study group undergoing laparoscopic surgery; The control group with traditional open surgery.Results The study group with team in operation time, intraoperative blood loss, the number of lymph node cleaning, anal exhaust time and bed activity time were better than the control group,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of early cervical cancer can decrease the intraoperative blood loss, improve lymph node cleaning quantity, promote the rehabilitation of the disease.
