探讨尿液检验在临床中的应用

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical application value of urine test. Methods Selected 100 cases from May 2012 to May 2015 who treatment in our hospital, used GEB-600 urine analyzed urine test to patients over and the test results were analyzed.Results 44 cases of patients with a history of diabetes, urine potential of hydrogen, urine specific gravity, ketone, urine protein and urine were basically normal patients, a total of 10 cases; 19 cases of patients with a history of chronic glomerulonephritis, 6 cases of patients have urinary protein, urine red blood cells were positive, the remaining 37 cases with 12 cases of diabetic patients, 8 cases of urinary tract infection, jaundice in 4 cases, 3 cases of acidosis, the other 10 cases normal.Conclusion Urine test has application value in clinic, and it has very important clinical signiifcance for the diagnosis and monitoring of all kinds of kidney and urinary system diseases.%目的 探讨尿液检验在临床中的应用价值.方法 选取2012年5月~2015年5月在我院接受治疗的100例患者,使用GEB-600型尿液分析仪进行尿液检验,并对检验结果进行分析.结果 44例糖尿病史的患者中,尿酸碱度、尿比重、酮体、尿蛋白及尿糖均基本正常的患者共10例;19例慢性肾炎史的患者中,6例存在尿蛋白、尿红细胞呈阳性的情况;剩余37例患者中糖尿病12例,尿路感染8例,黄疸4例,酸中毒3例,其余10例正常.结论 尿液检验在临床中具有应用价值,对各类肾脏、泌尿系统疾病的诊疗以及病情的监测具有重要的临床作用和意义.
