内镜下探条扩张术治疗食管癌术后吻合口狭窄体会

摘要

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of endoscopic expansion therapy on esophageal anastomotic stenosis. Methods 268 cases with esophagus and cardia stenosis who underwent endoscopic probe dilation were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 268 cases. Deglutition difficulty was improved in 245 patients, effective in 18 patients and had no change in 5 patients after the treatment. The total effective rate was 98.13%. Esophageal perforation occurred in 1 case, large hemorrhage in 2 cases, the patients with complications were treated after radiotherapy. Conclusion Endoscopic probe dilatation for esophagostenosis is an effective and safe method.%目的：探讨内镜下探条扩张术治疗食管癌术后吻合口狭窄的临床疗效和安全性。方法回顾性分析采用探条扩张术治疗食管癌术后吻合口狭窄的268例患者的临床资料。结果268例食管癌术后吻合口狭窄患者经探条扩张治疗后，吞咽困难改善显效245例，有效18例，无效5例，总有效率98.13%。术中并发食管穿孔1例，发生率为0.37%(1/268)，大出血2例，发生率为0.75%(2/268)，出现并发症的患者均为食管癌术后放疗后的患者。结论内镜下探条扩张术是治疗食管癌术后吻合口狭窄安全有效的方法。
