分析吡嗪酰胺耐药对肺结核疗效的影响

摘要

Objective To study the pyrazinamide resistance to the effect of tuberculosis. Methods 46 patients with drug-resistant TB tuberculosis patients treated with the same period pyrazinamide sensitive 60 cases as the research object our hospital from July 2012~July 2014. Compare two groups of patients with therapeutic effect. Results The treatment, according to the results of two months and six months after treatment, two groups of patients of two groups of patients with smear turn rate and no difference, the data is not in conformity with the statistical difference (P>0.05). At the same time, the treatment results show that the smaller resistance groups empty cases less than sensitive group of patients, data accord with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Pyrazinamide is a very important drugs, TB treatment process shall be on the negative effects of pyrazinamide may attach importance to it, pay attention to the detection of patients with drug resistance.%目的：探讨吡嗪酰胺耐药性对肺结核疗效的影响。方法将我院2012年7月～2014年7月收治吡嗪酰胺耐药肺结核患者46例与同期接受治疗吡嗪酰胺敏感肺结核患者60例为研究对象。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗结果显示，治疗2个月与6个月后，两组患者的涂片转阴率并没有差异，数据不符合统计学差异（P＞0.05）；与此同时，治疗结果显示耐药组患者空洞变小例数少于敏感组患者，数据符合统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论吡嗪酰胺是一种非常重要的药物，肺结核患者治疗过程中应当对吡嗪酰胺可能产生的不良影响予以重视，注意对患者耐药性的检测。
