目的：分析神经肌肉电刺激治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效，促进患者的早日康复。方法随机抽取2012年4月～2013年11月诊治的80例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者，分为研究组和对比组。对比组使用常规药物治疗，研究组使用神经肌肉电刺激进行治疗，分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组治疗后的VFSS评分优于对比组，两者间的差异具有统计学的意义（P＜0.05）。研究组的数据优于对比组，两者间的差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论使用神经肌肉电刺激进行治疗，其治疗效果好，安全性高，稳定性强。%Objective To analysis of neuromuscular electrical stimulation treatment the curative effect of swallowing disorder after stroke, promote patients recover at an early date. Methods 80 patients with swallowing disorder after stroke were chosen in April 2012 to November 2013, divided into research group and contrast group. Control group using conventional drug treatment, the team with the use of neuromuscular electrical stimulation treatment, analysis the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results The group after treatment of VFSS score was better than control group, the difference between have statistical significance (P<0.05). Team's data was signiifcantly better than the control group, the difference between a statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Using neuromuscular electrical stimulation treatment, the treatment effect is good, high safety, stability is strong.
