目的：探讨不同剂量阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病伴高脂血症患者的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组31例。对照组在常规治疗的基础上给予阿托伐他汀20 mg/d，观察组40 mg/d，3个月为1个疗程，观察用药1个疗程后两组患者的血脂水平、心血管不良事件发生率及药物不良反应。结果经治疗后两组患者的TC、TG、LDL-C、均有所下降，观察组较对照组下降明显，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义，且观察组心血管不良事件发生率及药物不良反应低于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论大剂量的阿托伐他汀能降低冠心病患者血脂水平，预防不良心血管事件的发生，药物不良反应轻。%Objective To explore the clinical effect of different doses of atorvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia. Methods Selected 62 cases of coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 31 cases in each group. The control group on the basis of routine treatment given atorvastatin of atorvastatin 20 mg/d, the observation group 40 mg/d, and 3 months for a course of treatment, the effects of both drugs after a period of treatment of two groups of patients with blood lipid levels and cardiovascular adverse events occurring rate and adverse drug reactions. Results After treatment, the, LDL-C, TG and TC of the groups were decreased, the observation group was lower than the control group, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. In addition, the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events and adverse drug reactions in the observation group were also signiifcantly different from the control group, P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion High dose atorvastatin can reduce blood lipid levels in patients with coronary heart disease, prevention of adverse cardiovascular events, adverse drug reactions.
