阿苯达唑对犬弓首线虫幼虫作用的实验研究

         

摘要

目的:观察不同剂量阿苯达唑对不同感染时间的犬弓首线虫幼虫移行的抑制作用。方法用犬弓首线虫感染期虫卵感染昆明小鼠,按照药物不同剂量和虫卵感染时间分组,动态观察阿苯达唑抑制犬弓首线虫幼虫移行的疗效。结果采用相同剂量,不同给药时间的感染小鼠,通过减虫率统计结果分析,各用药组与对照组相比,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。感染小鼠与正常小鼠的相比谷氨酰转肽酶、乳酸脱氢酶增高,胆碱酯酶降低,血清淀粉酶无差异,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论阿苯达唑治疗犬弓首线幼虫移行症有较好的疗效。药物疗效与剂量、治疗时间有密切关系,血清酶的变化与组织损伤也有密切关联。%Objective To observe the inhibitory action of Albendazole with different dosages on the larva migration during the different infection periods. Methods According to different doses and infectious time the curative effect of was monitored according to the change of both the reduce rate of larvae and the enzymes in the serum. Results In term of the infectious mice whose dosages were the same while the dose time were different, the result of reduce rate of larvae shows that the difference between each dosed group and controlled group is signiifcant. Compared the serum enzymes of infectious mice with those of normal mice, both GGT and LDH were increase while CHE shows a distinguished reduction. On the other hand, there was no difference on the concentrations of AMY between them. Conclusion By the means of reduce rate of larvae and serum enzyme, it can be proved that the relationship among curative effect, dosage and treatment time is very tight, and the histological damage also affects the change of serum enzymes seriously.
