目的：观察沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息性肺炎的临床疗效。方法选择我院2013年7月～2014年6月收治的喘息性肺炎患儿96例，随机分为联合组和对照组，每组48例，对照组在常规治疗的基础上采用布地奈德雾化吸入进行治疗，联合组在对照组的基础上联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果联合组总有效率为93.75%高于对照组的83.33%，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息性肺炎可以取得比较理想的治疗效果。%Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of salbutamol combined with budesonide inhalation in treatment of pediatric asthmatic pneumonia. Methods Selected 96 cases wheezing pneumonia from July 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into combined group and control group, 48 cases in each group, the control group on the basis of routine treatment with budesonide atomization inhalation treatment, combined group on the basis of the control group sand joint salbutamol atomization inhalation in the treatment of, compared two groups of treatment effect. Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 83.33%, which was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Salbutamol combined with budesonide atomization inhalation in the treatment of Infantile Asthmatic Pneumonia can get a ideal therapeutic effect, in clinical application value.
