目的：分析急性胰腺炎行中医护理的优越性。方法回顾性分析2013年4月～2015年4月本院收治的急性胰腺炎90例患者临床资料，按不同护理方法分为两组，各45例。对照组行西医常规护理，观察组行中医护理，对比两组时间指标与生活质量情况。结果护理后，观察组胃肠功能恢复时间、腹痛缓解时间与住院时间均比对照组短，且总体健康评分（80.05±13.60）分高于对照组（64.37±13.01）分，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论急性胰腺炎患者行中医护理的优越性显著，可缩短各项时间指标，并提高生活质量。%Objective To Analysis of the advantages of Chinese medicine acute care line. Methods Retrospective analysis of 90 patients with acute pancreatitis clinical data April 2013 to April 2015 in our hospital, were divided into two groups according to the different methods of care, each group had 45 cases, the control group underwent conventional western medicine care, the observation group were Chinese medicine care, compared two groups of time indicators and quality of life situation. Results After treatment, the observation group gastrointestinal function recovery time, pain relief time and shorter hospital stay than the control group, and the overall health score (80.05±13.60) points was significantly higher (64.37±13.01) min, P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Superiority of acute pancreatitis patients in nursing is significant, it can shorten the time index, and improve quality of life.
