针灸干预血液透析失衡综合征的临床观察

摘要

Objective To study the acupuncture clinical effect of hemodialysis imbalance syndrome (DS). Methods To collect the hospital onset in June 2009 to January 2015 were analyzed in 234 cases of hemodialysis patients, observe two groups of treatment effect. Results The difference between two groups of treatment effect with statistical signiifcance, the observation group effective rate was 100.00%, signiifcantly higher than that of control group 83.33%(P<0.05). Conclusion Combined conventional acupuncture treatment can signiifcantly improve the treatment efifciency.%目的：探讨针灸干预血液透析失衡综合症（DS）的临床效果。方法收集我院血液科2009年6月～2015年1月收治进行血液透析患者234例，观察两组治疗效果。结果两组治疗效果间差异具有统计学意义，观察组有效率为100.00%，高于对照组的83.33%（P＜0.05）。结论针灸干预联合常规治疗措施可以明显提高治疗有效率。
