Objective To investigate the changes of plasma brain natriuretic peptide and its correlation in the patients with paroxysmal atrial ifbrillation in elderly patients. Methods From January 2012 to January 2014, 52 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation were treated as the research object, and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. The results of the selection were normal in our hospital for the same period, and were 48 cases of healthy persons, which were served as the control group. The blood of elbow vein was collected and the serum level of brain natriuretic peptide was detected quantitatively by using fluorescence immunoassay, and the signiifcance of the changes of serum brain natriuretic peptide was discussed. Results In the observation the lad group, the level of LVEF and control group differences are signiifcant, statistically signiifcant (P<0.05), observation group attack BNP for (12.031±12.82) g/L, far higher than the cardioversion period (65.24 ±7.83) g/L, and were higher than that of control group (30.69±5.12 µg/L), differences were statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion BNP can promote the occurrence of paroxysmal atrial ifbrillation in aged patients, and atrial ifbrillation and BNP are closely related to cardiac function and atrial remodeling.%目的:探讨老年阵发性心房颤动患者血浆脑肽钠水平的改变及相关意义。方法选取我院2012年1月~2014年1月收治的老年阵发性心房颤动患者52例作为研究对象,回顾性分析其临床资料,设为观察组。选取同期于我院接受各项检查结果均正常的健康人48例,设为对照组。对两组患者肘静脉血予以采集,使用荧光免疫法对血浆脑钠肽水平予以定量检测,探讨其水平变化的意义。结果观察组LAD、LVEF水平与对照组对比差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组发作期BNP为(120.31±12.82)μg/L,要远高于转复期(65.24±7.83)μg/L,且均高于对照组(30.69±5.12)μg/L,对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论BNP浓度高可促进老年阵发性房颤的发生,且房颤与BNP密切关联于心功能与心房重构。
