Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction in the treatment of gouty arthritis. Methods Selected 80 patients admitted to our hospital of patients with gouty arthritis, according to the method of random number were randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group was treated with conventional therapy, observation group on the basis of this, take modified Guizhishaoyaozhimu decoction, clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%, the total effective rate of the control group was 77.50%, and the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Lower ESR, C-reactive protein, serum uric acid levels after treatment in the two groups before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The serum uric acid level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The pain, swelling and joint activity limitation of the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The pain, swelling and joint activity limitation of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Modified Guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction for gout patients has a deifnite therapeutic effect, it is worth further research were observed.%目的：观察加味桂枝芍药知母汤治疗痛风性关节炎的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的痛风性关节炎患者80例，按照数字随机法随机分成观察组和对照组，对照组采取常规治疗，观察组在此基础上，采取加味桂枝芍药知母汤治疗，比较两组临床效果。结果观察组总有效率97.50%，对照组总有效率77.50%，观察组总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后血沉、C-反应蛋白、血尿酸水平低于治疗前（P＜0.05）。观察组治疗后血尿酸水平低于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后疼痛、肿胀、关节活动受限积分均低于治疗前（P＜0.05）。观察组治疗后疼痛、肿胀、关节活动受限积分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论加味桂枝芍药知母汤对于痛风患者有着确切的治疗效果，值得进行进一步的研究观察。
