目的：分析探讨炎症性肠病的诊断规范与难治性炎症性肠病的药物治疗措施及疗效效果。方法选取52例难治性炎症性肠病患者为研究对象，经诊断难治性溃疡性结肠炎（UC）36例，其中18例给予英夫力西治疗，18例给予环孢素治疗；克罗恩病（CD）16例，均给予英夫力西治疗。观察患者治疗14 w与30 w的治疗效果。结果英夫力西与环孢素治疗难治性炎症性肠病均有效，且疗效无明显差异（P＞0.05）。结论英夫力西与环孢素治疗难治性炎症性肠病均有明显疗效，但英夫力西治疗费用较环孢素高，在经济能力有限的情况下可选用环孢素治疗。%Objective To analyze the diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease specification and the drug treatment of refractory inflammatory bowel disease and the effect of curative effect. Methods Selecting 52 patients with intractable inflammatory bowel disease as the research object, through the diagnosis of refractory ulcerative colitis (UC) 36 cases, including 18 cases of west hideo force was given spore therapy for 18 patients give ring, Crohn's disease (CD) in 16 cases, all give hideo force western therapy. The treatment were observed 14 w and the therapeutic effect of 30 w. Results Hideo force west and ring spore therapy for intractable inflammatory bowel disease are effective, curative effect and no signiifcant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Hideo force west and ring spore therapy for intractable inflammatory bowel disease has obvious curative effect, but the west treatment costs, force a ring spore element is high, in the case of economic ability is limited ring spore optional treatment.
