目的：探讨针对急诊癔症患者，对其心理护理要点进行分析，以提高患者的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院2013年2月～2015年2月急诊癔症患者70例，研究对患者实施心理护理的有效方法，并总结临床护理要点。结果急诊癔症患者在患有疾病前，存在显著的精神刺激因素。针对患者当前心理状态进行分析，给予针对性心理护理干预后，最终获得满意的护理效果。针对所有癔症患者，于医院进行为期2～4天的观察，平均时间（47.5±1.5）h。同干预前进行比较，干预后患者在SCL-90评分以及SAS评分两方面优于干预前，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论针对急诊癔症患者，医护人员对其心理状态进行认真分析，有效实施心理护理，最终能够提高癔症患者的临床治疗效果以及护理满意度。%Objective To study on the emergency patients with hysteria, the points of psychological nursing, in order to improve the clinical therapeutic effect. Methods Selected 70 patients with hysteria from February 2013 to February 2015 in our hospital, study effective method for patients with psychological nursing, and summarized the clinical nursing key points. Results The emergency department patients with hysteria before suffering from disease, many mental stimulation factors. Careful analysis, according to the current patients psychological state which given corresponding psychological nursing intervention, eventually got the nursing effect of satisfaction. all patients with hysteria, in hospital for 2 to 4 days of observation, the average time was (47.5±1.5) hours. Compared with before intervention, intervention patients in SCL-90 score and SAS scoring after two aspects was better than that of before intervention, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion According to the emergency department patients with hysteria, careful analysis, medical personnel to the psychological state which effective psychological nursing, finally can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect of hysteria patients and nursing satisfaction.
