临床护理路径在13C尿素呼气试验检查患者中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨临床护理路径在13C尿素呼气试验检查患者中的应用效果。方法将400例行13C-UBT检查患者随机分为实验组和对照组，各200例。实验组采用CNP，对照组按常规护理，比较两组患者的检查情况及满意度。结果实验组与对照组比较，在采样成功率、患者满意度及医护人员满意度均有提高，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论CNP能够提高13C-UBT检查成功率，患者积极主动配合，满意度提高。%Objective To investigate the effect of CNP applied 13C-urea breath test to check patients. Methods Selected 400 patients were divided into the experiential group and the control group, each group had 200 cases. The experimental group adopts CNP treatment, the control group adopt routine nursing. Compared the two groups inspection and satisfaction. Results The experiential group compared with the control group, the sampling success rate, patients and medical workers satisfaction was increased, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion CNP can improve the success rate of 13C-UBT examination, the patient actively cooperate to improve satisfaction.
