腹腔镜与开腹阑尾切除术的临床比较

摘要

目的：探讨腹腔镜与开腹阑尾切除术的临床比较。方法选取我院就诊的阑尾炎患者82例，随机分为开腹阑尾切除手术组和腹腔镜阑尾切除手术组，每组41例。结果腹腔镜阑尾切除手术组的手术时间、切口长度、出血量、术后感染率等数据均优于开腹阑尾切除组， P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论腹腔镜阑尾切除手术在手术时间、手术出血量以及切口长度等方面与开腹阑尾切除手术相比具有优势。%Objective To compare the clinical study of laparoscopic and open appendectomy. Methods Selected 82 cases with appendicitis in our hospital, divided into laparoscopic appendectomy laparoscopic appendectomy operation group and operation group randomly, each group of 41 cases. Results Laparoscopic appendectomy operation group, operation time, incision length, amount of bleeding, postoperative infection rate and other data were better than the laparotomy appendectomy group, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion The laparoscopic appendectomy operation in the operation time, bleeding volume and length of incision, and open appendectomy operation has advantages.
