参麦注射液治疗急性心肌梗死的临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical effect on Shenmai injection in treatment of acute myocardial infarction. Methods Selected 70 cases with acute myocardial infarction from February 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital as object, according to the order of treatment, divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group was given routine treatment, the observation group based in the control group, and then be Shenmai Injection treatment, after the treatment the 2 groups were observed. Results The total efifciency of observation group, incidence of complications, mortality were superior to the control group, P<0.05,had difference statistically significance. Conclusion In clinical, patients with acute myocardial infarction were treated by Shenmai injection, obvious curative effect.%目的：对参麦注射液在急性心肌梗死疾病治疗中的临床应用效果进行探讨。方法选取2014年2月～2015年2月我院所接收的70例急性心肌梗死患者作为观察的对象，按就诊先后顺序，将其分成观察组与对照组，对照组给予常规治疗措施，观察组则在对照组基础之上，再给予参麦注射液治疗后对2组的治疗情况加以观察。结果观察组患者的总有效率、并发症发生率、死亡率等均优于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论在临床上，对急性心肌梗死患者予以参麦注射液进行治疗，疗效明显。
