头孢菌素类和多种西药联用所致不良反应探究

摘要

Objective To explore the adverse reactions of cephalosporins and a variety of combined Chinese medicine with western medicine in. Methods Selected 64 cases received cephalosporins with any kind of combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of adverse reactions in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results Drug adverse reactions in patients after treatment was higher thanthat before treatment, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion The combined application of cephalosporin drugs and a variety of Western medicine, the adverse reaction rate is high in patients.%目的：探讨头孢菌素类与多种西药联合应用所致不良反应。方法选取64例接受头孢菌素类药物与西药联合治疗出现不良反应患者，分析患者资料。结果用药治疗后患者不良反应发生率高于治疗前，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论头孢菌素类药物与多种西药联合应用，患者不良反应发生率高。
