目的：探讨并分析膀胱癌的手术治疗方法效果。方法对2013年1月～2014年12月采取开放手术和经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切治疗的方法的膀胱癌患者资料进行分析。结果经治疗所有患者均痊愈出院，手术治疗中经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切手术时间、术中出血量、膀胱冲洗时间及术后恢复均小于开放性手术治疗。结论膀胱肿瘤的治疗以行手术治疗为主，具体手术的范围和方法应根据肿瘤的分期、分级、病理类型及肿瘤的大小、部位等。经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术是一种非侵入性治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤，具有损伤小，恢复快，可重复以及保存膀胱功能等特点。%Objective To explore and analysis the effect on carcinoma of urinary bladder surgery. Methods Analyzed the bladder cancer patients took the open surgery and transurethral bladder tumor resection method from January 2013 to December 2014. Results After treatment all patients were cured and discharged, surgery operation time cut electricity transurethral bladder tumor, blood loss, bladder irrigation and postoperative recovery time was less than open surgery. Conclusion Treatment of Bladder cancer is surgical therapy. Scope and methods of a particular procedure based on tumor stage, grade, comprehensive analysis of pathological type and tumor size, location et al. Transurethral resection of bladder tumor is a non-invasive treatment of superifcial bladder cancer with less damage, quick recovery, repeatable, almost no operative mortality, as well as preservation of bladder function.
