Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure. Methods 104 cases of coronary heart disease patients with heart failure from January 2012 to March 2015 in our hospital, according to the treatment plan, divided into the control group (52 cases, received routine treatment) and observation group (52 cases, treated with Shengmai injection), compared two groups of clinical curative effect. Results The total efifciency of the observation group was 92.31% (48/52) higher than 76.92% in the control group (40/52), after treatment in the control patients, LVESD level was significantly better than the LVEF group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of coronary heart disease heart failure on the basis of conventional treatment combined with Shengmai injection can improve the clinical effect, worthy of clinical application.%目的 探讨冠心病心力衰竭的临床治疗方法及效果.方法2012年1月~2015年3月间我院收治的冠心病心力衰竭患者104例,按治疗方案分为对照组(52例,给予常规治疗)和观察组(52例,加用生脉注射液),比较两组临床疗效.结果观察组总有效率92.31%(48/52)高于对照组76.92%(40/52),治疗后患者LVEF、LVESD水平优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 冠心病心力衰竭治疗中在常规治疗基础上加用生脉注射液可进一步改善临床效果.
