目的 比较中药九味镇心颗粒和路优泰缓解广泛性焦虑障碍的疗效.方法 将本院就诊的广泛性焦虑障碍患者70例,随机分为2组,治疗组药物为九味镇心颗粒,对照组为路优泰,两组均以12周为1个疗程,并同时配合心理咨询每周一次.结果 两组在治疗前后HAMA积分比较上有统计学意义.治疗后的组间比较无统计学意义;治疗组副作用少于对照组.结论 九味镇心颗粒和路优泰配合心理咨询治疗广泛性焦虑障碍在临床总疗效上无显著性差异;但使用九味镇心颗粒治疗副作用少.%Objective To compare medicine Jiuweizhenxin Granules and Neurostan alleviate generalized anxiety disorder patients. Methods The hospital treatment of generalized anxiety disorder, 70 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of drugs for the Jiuweizhenxin Granules and the Neurostan control group, both groups 12 weeks for a course of treatment. Results There were statistically significant HAMA integrals on before and after treatment. After treatment between the two groups was not statistically significant, the side effects of the treatment group than the control group. Conclusion There was no significant difference in the overall clinical efifcacy, the side effects of Jiuweizhenxin Granules was less than Neurostan.
