血必净注射液联合抗生素治疗妇科盆腔炎30例临床观察

摘要

目的：探讨血必净注射液在妇科急性盆腔炎的临床治疗效果。方法选取本院2013年10月～2014年10月妇科收治的急性盆腔炎患者共60例，采用随机数字表法将患者均分为两组。治疗组患者给予血必净注射液联合抗菌素进行治疗，对照组患者仅给予抗生素进行治疗，比较两组患者的总有效率，并对比两组患者在治疗过程中的不良反应发生率。结果治疗组患者通过治疗后，总有效率为96.7%（29/30），对照组患者的总有效率为80.0%（24/30），两组差异性有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论血必净注射液联合抗菌素进行治疗妇科急性盆腔炎疗效显著。%Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of Xuebijing Injection on acute pelvic inflammation.Methods60 patients with acute pelvic inlfammatory disease were selected from October 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital, using random number table method, the patients were divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Xuebijing injection combined with antibiotics for treatment, the control group were only given antibiotic treatment, compared two groups of patients with total effective rate, incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared in the course of treatment.Results The patients in the treatment group after the treatment, the total effective rate was 96.7%(29/30), the patients in the control group the total effective rate was 80% (24/30), there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). ConclusionXuebijing injection combined with antibiotics for the treatment of gynecological acute pelvic inlfammatory disease effect is signiifcant.
