外科手术方法治疗甲状腺结节的临床应用价值

摘要

目的：探讨外科手术方法治疗甲状腺结节的临床治疗效果。方法对76例甲状腺结节患者采用手术治疗，观察治疗效果、并发症发生率及疾病复发率。结果经外科手术切除病灶后，患者痊愈率56.6%，好转率34.2%，无效率9.2%，总有效率为90.8%。并发症的发生率为15.8%。术后结节数量明显减少，结节直径减小，治疗前后结节情况进行比较可知差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论外科手术治疗甲状腺结节可提高治愈率、促进病灶的缩小、减少复发率。%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of surgicaloperation method in the treatment of thyroid nodules.Methods76 patients were treated with operation, to observe the curative effect, complication and the recurrence rate.ResultsThe cure rate was 56.6%, improvement rate was 34.2%, effective rate of 9.2%, the total effective rate was90.8%. The incidence of complications was 15.8%. The number of nodules decreased obviously and the diameter of the nodules decreased, and the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion Surgical treatment of thyroid nodules can improve the cure rate, promote the reduction of lesions, reduce the recurrence rate.
