膝关节半月板手术前后临床观察

摘要

Objective Observation under arthroscopy surgery clinical curative effect for the treatment of knee joint meniscus injury.Methods 102 cases were diagnosed as meniscus of knee joint injury and disease,arthroscopic minimally invasive operation treatment, using the Lysholm knee functional score to evaluate surgical treatment effect. ResultsThe clinical effective rate was 88.24%, postoperative Lysholm knee function score was (85.19±6.88), is much higher than that before operation (41.22±4.66), The difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). ConclusionArthroscopy curative effect is minimally invasive surgical treatment of knee meniscus injury.%目的：观察关节镜下手术治疗膝关节半月板损伤的临床疗效。方法确诊为膝关节半月板损伤及病变患者102例，行关节镜微创手术治疗，采用Lysholm膝关节功能评分对手术治疗效果进行评价。结果临床有效率为88.24%，患者术后Lysholm膝关节功能评分为（85.19±6.88）分，高于术前的（41.22±4.66）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论关节镜微创手术治疗膝关节半月板损伤疗效确切。
