浅谈布鲁杆菌病性脊椎炎的影像学分型及临床意义

摘要

目的：通过对布鲁杆菌病性脊椎炎的影像学分析资料分析其影像学分型及临床意义。方法选取我院2013年1～12月收治的100例布鲁杆菌病性脊椎炎患者，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析，通过患者的影像学检查结果进行分型，主要观察患者X线、CT及MRI检查结果。结果布鲁杆菌病性脊椎炎通过影像学分析可分为5型，包含5种类型中2型以上的患者为复合型。其中，50例患者通过非手术治疗方法治愈出院，另50例患者中，32例患者通过病灶清除手术治愈，18例通过经皮微创手术治愈。出院后随访1年，无复发现象。结论对布鲁杆菌病性脊椎炎患者进行影像学检查和辨证分型，能够确切的指导患者的治疗方法，对患者的治疗效果具有提高作用。%Objective Analysis of data analysis the imaging classiifcation and clinical significance of brucellosis spondylitis imaging.Methods 100 patients with brucellosis spondylitis patients in our hospital from 2013 January to December were analyzed, and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, through the patient's imaging examination results were classiifed, the main observation of patients with X-ray, CT and MRI findings.Results Brucellosis spondylitis by imaging analysis can be divided into 5 types, including the 5 types in the type 2 patients above is a composite type. Among them, 50 patients were cured by non operation treatment, the other 50 patients, 32 patients were cured by debridement operation, 18 cases by percutaneous minimally invasive operation cure. Post discharge follow-up of 1 years, no recurrence phenomenon.Conclusion In patients with brucellosis spondylitis image examination and syndrome differentiation of type, can exact guide patient treatment, the patient's treatment effect is improved.
