牙周脓肿30例临床治疗体会

Objective To analyze the clinical treatment effect on patients with periodontal abscess. Methods Selected 30 patients with periodontal abscess clinical data were analysis. Results 30 cases with periodontal abscess, 20 cases were cured, improved in 7 cases, 3 cases were in vain, efifciency was 90%. Conclusion Treat acute periodontal abscess is relieve pain, prevent the spread of infection and drainage of pus. When the abscess limitations fluctuations, take the gingival margin incision or puncture drainage to relieve symptoms in general. Chronic periodontal abscess periodontal surgery can be performed directly on the basis of scaling.%目的：分析牙周脓肿患者的临床治疗方法与效果。方法选取牙周脓肿患者30例临床治疗资料行分析。结果30例牙周脓肿患者，其中治愈20例，好转7例，无效3例，有效率90%。结论急性牙周脓肿的治疗原则是止痛、防止感染扩散以及引流脓液。当脓肿局限，出现波动，一般采取切开引流或刺破由龈缘排脓，以缓解症状。慢性牙周脓肿可在洁治的基础上直接进行牙周手术。
