宫腹腔镜联合手术诊治不孕症临床分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the clinical effect on hysteroscopy and laparoscopy combined with surgery for diagnosis and treatment of infertility. Methods Observed clinical effect on 58 patients with infertility treated by hysteroscopy and hysteroscopy combined with surgery from November 2012 to November 2014 in our hospital. Results The primary reasons of sterility was pelvic inlfammatory disease, uterus, fallopian tube obstruction, ovarian cyst was secondly, preoperative fallopian tube patency rate was 15.5%, postoperative tubal patency rate was 65.6%, comparison the preoperative and postoperative fallopian tube patency rate, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Hysteroscopy and laparoscopy combined with surgery for infertility has good clinical effect, can accurately judge infertility reasons, of fallopian tube obstruction symptoms have good clear curative effect and improve the pregnancy rate.%目的：宫腹腔镜联合手术诊治不孕症进行临床效果分析。方法对我院2012年11月～2014年11月收治的不孕症患者58例进行研究，采用宫腹腔镜连联合手术治疗，观察患者的临床治疗效果。结果不孕症产生原因以盆腔炎为主，其次为子宫内膜异位、输卵管阻塞、卵巢囊肿；术前输卵管通畅率为15.5%，术后输卵管通畅率为65.6%，对比术前、术后输卵管通畅率，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论宫腹腔镜联合手术对不孕症具有良好的临床治疗效果，能够准确有效的判断不孕的原因，对输卵管阻塞症状具有良好的疏通治愈效果，能够提高妊娠几率。
