肝胆手术后并发胆瘘患者的护理措施观察

摘要

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical nursing of patients complicated with biliary fistula after hepatobiliary surgery method. MethodsWe divided 136 cases of hepatobiliary surgery complicated with biliary fistula patients into two groups randomly, 68 cases in each group. Control group routine nursing measures, observation group nursing intervention, compared two groups of postoperative drainage time, nursing satisfaction index.ResultsThe observation group length of hospital stay, postoperative drainage time, nursing satisfaction were signiifcantly better than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention measures to treat patients with hepatobiliary surgery patients complicated with biliary ifstula after can shorten the recovery time, increase satisfaction, curative effect is distinct, is worthy of popularization and application.%目的：观察肝胆手术后并发胆瘘患者的临床护理方法。方法随机将136例肝胆手术后并发胆瘘患者分为两组，每组68例。对照组行常规护理措施，观察组行护理干预，比较两组术后引流时间、护理满意度等指标。结果观察组住院时间、术后引流时间、护理满意度均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论采用护理干预措施治疗肝胆手术后并发胆瘘患者能够缩短患者恢复时间，提高满意度，疗效显著。
