中药内服外敷治疗湿疹临床研究

摘要

ObjectiveTo study the clinical efifcacy of internal and external treatment of exzema with traditional chinese medcine and aim to provide the basis for clinical treatment.MethodsWe randomly selected 30 Patients with eczema in dermatology department of people’s hospital in Nanle county in October 2013 to october 2014. and patients were randomly divided into observationgroupandcontrol group,15 cases of each. the patients of the observation group take the internal and external treatment with traditional chiense medcine, while the control group use the traditional western medcine treatment, two groups of patients were treated two weeks. After two weeks of treatment, We observe the improvement and compare the clinical efifcacy of patients in two groups.ResultsThe total treatment effectiveness rate in observation group gets to 93.33%, while the total treatment effectiveness rate in control group gets to 73.33%. there are big differences in the total effectiveness of two groups of patients (P<0.05), and the difference is with the satistically significance.Conclusion It is very effective with the internal and external treatment of TCM, superior to western medicine treatment, It should be widely applied in clinic.%目的：探讨中药内服外敷治疗湿疹的临床疗效，旨在为临床治疗提供依据。方法随机抽取南乐县人民医院皮肤科2013年10月～2014年10月诊治的湿疹患者30例，随机将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组各15例，观察组采用中药内服外敷的方法进行治疗，对照组采用传统的西医方法进行治疗，两组患者均连续治疗两周，两周的治疗后，观察两组患者的病症改善状况，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率93.33%，对照组治疗总有效率73.33%，两组患者治疗总有效率有显著差异（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论中药内服外敷对湿疹的治疗效果显著，优于西医治疗。
