地奥司明治疗肛肠科术后创缘水肿临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect and analysis of diosmin therapy in patients with anorectal operation after a margin of edema.Methods From 2013 April ~2014 year in July for the treatment of 100 cases of anorectal operation patients in our hospital as the research object, in a random way will be divided into the observation group and the control group, 50 cases in each group of patients. After the surgery, the patients in the control group routine treatment, the observation group patients in the control group based on the use of diosmin. The patients were observed in two groups after.ResultsThe patients in the observation group a margin of edema was signiifcantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). At the same time, the observation group of patients with a margin of edema healing time was signiifcantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Anorectal patients after the operation of taking Diosmin, can effectively prevent a margin of edema, and can effectively accelerate the cure rate.%目的：观察并分析地奥司明治疗肛肠科手术患者术后创缘水肿的临床治疗效果。方法选取2013年4月～2014年7月在我院进行肛肠科手术治疗的100例患者作为研究对象，以随机的方式将其分为对照组和观察组，每组各50例患者。手术后，对照组患者进行常规处理，观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用地奥司明。对两组患者术后情况进行观察。结果观察组患者创缘水肿的发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。同时，观察组患者的创缘水肿治愈时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论肛肠科患者在手术后服用地奥司明，能够有效预防创缘水肿的发生，能够有效加快治愈速度。
