探讨儿科呼吸系统反复感染的治疗措施与临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of repeated infection of the main measures and treatment of pediatric respiratory system.Methods Pediatric respiratory system infection in 80 children with repeated, divided in accordance with the treatment, 40 cases in the control group therapy for budesonide suspension aerosol therapy, observation group of 40 cases with pidotimod, compared two groups of effect.Results In the control group, the total efifciency was 80%, 95% in the observation group, and the observation group re infection times and duration were significantly shorter than the control group, the difference contrast significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion Pediatric respiratory infection repeatedly by Pi do Maude obvious treatment effect, can be used.%目的：探讨儿科呼吸系统反复感染治疗的主要措施与效果。方法选取儿科呼吸系统反复感染患儿80例，按照治疗方式划分，对照组40例疗法为布地奈德悬液雾化治疗，观察组40例采用匹多莫德，对比两组效果。结果对照组总有效果为80.0%，观察组为95.0%，且观察组再感染次数与病程均短于对照组，对比差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论儿科呼吸系统反复感染采用匹多莫德治疗效果明显。
