髂-股静脉血栓采用经小隐静脉入路介入治疗的临床效果分析

摘要

Objective The clinical effect of interventional therapy for venous approachto carry on the discussion to the small hidden iliac femoral venous thrombosis.MethodsIn our hospital in 2013 January-2014 year in December admitted 28 cases of iliac femoral venous thrombosis patients as the object of study, all patients were applied via the small saphenous vein approach interventional treatment, after treatment, to observe the clinical therapeutic effect.ResultsThe total effective rate of clinical treatment for 89.3%; no complications occurred in patients with inferior vena cava obstruction, pulmonary embolism and a case. Conclusion The application via the small saphenous vein approach of interventional treatment of iliac femoral venous thrombosis patients, can improve the operation safety and treatment success rate, reduce the operation wound, relieve the patient's condition, and can be widely used in clinic.%目的：对髂-股静脉血栓采用经小隐静脉入路介入治疗的临床效果进行探讨。方法选择我院2013年1月～2014年12月收治的28例髂-股静脉血栓患者作为研究对象，所有患者均应用经小隐静脉入路介入治疗，治疗后，观察临床治疗效果。结果总临床治疗有效率为89.3%；无一例患者发生下腔静脉阻塞、肺动脉栓塞等并发症。结论应用经小隐静脉入路介入治疗髂-股静脉血栓患者，能够提高手术治疗成功率和安全性，减少手术创伤，缓解患者病情。
