手法小切口白内障手术联合人工晶体植入术用于高龄老年性白内障手术效果研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the methods through small incision cataract surgery (SICS) combined Artiifcial lens ((ECCE) for the curative effect of senile cataract surgery.MethodsWe divided 130 cases of senile cataract in aged patients into two groups randomly, 65 cases in each group. The control group useing transparent cornea incision into the phaco treatment, observation group joint line SICS anthropomimetic treatment, compared two groups of clinical curative effect.Results After treatment, vision and the incidence of adverse reactions to observe group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Joint anthropomimetic SICS treatment - age-related cataract effect is good.%目的：探讨手法小切口白内障手术（SICS）联合人工晶体植入术（ECCE）对高龄老年性白内障手术的疗效。方法随机将130例高龄老年性白内障患者分为两组，每组65例。对照组行透明眼角膜切口超声入乳化术治疗，观察组行SICS联合ECCE治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗后，观察组视力、不良反应发生率均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 SICS联合ECCE治疗高龄老年性白内障效果良好。
