腹部超声在诊断盆腔肿块中的应用分析

摘要

Objective To evaluate the clinical significance and value of abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of pelvic masses.MethodsIn our hospital 136 cases of patients with pelvic masses as research subjects, a retrospective analysis of patients with basic clinical proifle and ultrasound diagnosis of different ways, will be divided by transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound two groups are 68 cases of observed data and diagnostic imaging results, and ultimately the patient's surgical pathology results were compared, the diagnostic ultrasound diagnostic methods to compare different compliance rates.Results Abdominal ultrasound diagnosis in this study was 79.4%, while transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis was 97.1%.in line with transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis was signiifcantly higher than the results of abdominal ultrasound diagnosis There were signiifcant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with pelvic masses in the process of diagnosis, although the use of abdominal ultrasound diagnosis of some value, but comparison with transvaginal ultrasound diagnostic accuracy rate is still relatively low.%目的：研究探讨腹部超声在诊断盆腔肿块中的临床价值。方法选取我院收治的盆腔肿块病患136例为研究对象，回顾性分析病患的基本临床资料，并按超声诊断的方式不同，将其分为经阴道超声和经腹部超声两组，每组均为68例，观察其影像学资料与诊断结果，并将其与病患最终的手术病理检查结果进行对照，比较不同超声诊断方式的诊断符合率。结果本研究中腹部超声确诊率为79.4%，而经阴道超声确诊率为97.1%。经阴道超声诊断的符合率显著高于经腹部超声诊断的结果，比较有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论在对盆腔肿块病患进行诊断的过程中，虽然采用腹部超声诊断有一定价值，但与经阴道超声诊断对比，准确率还是比较低。
