优质护理服务在老年高血压护理中的应用

摘要

目的：评估优质护理服务在老年高血压护理中的应用价值。方法2014年1月～2015年2月50例老年高血压患者，随机分成2组，常规干预组患者给予常规护理服务，优质干预组患者给予优质护理服务。对比患者护理总有效率、血压情况。结果优质干预组患者护理总有效率高于常规干预组，优质干预组患者收缩压、舒张压指标优于常规干预组（P＜0.05）。结论优质护理服务在老年高血压护理中的应用价值高，有利于改善患者血压。%ObjectiveTo evaluate the value of quality care in elderly hypertensive nursing.MethodsJanuary 2014 February 2015 50 cases of elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups, the intervention group were given conventional routine care, the intervention group were treated with high-quality care. Comparing the total efifciency of patient care, blood pressure.ResultsQuality patient care intervention group was signiifcantly higher than the conventional treatment group, patients in the intervention group quality systolic and diastolic parameters were signiifcantly better than the conventional treatment group (P<0.05).ConclusionThe value of quality care in elderly care in high blood pressure, improves blood pressure, a higher promotional value.
