目的：探讨社区高血压防治与管理路径的价值。方法选取200例社区高血压病患作为研究对象，随机分为卡托普利＋氯沙坦组和卡托普利组。卡托普利组应用ACEI类药物卡托普利治疗，卡托普利＋氯沙坦组应用ACEI类药物卡托普利联合ARB类药物氯沙坦治疗。在药物治疗基础上，均给予护理管理路径，对比两组病患效果。结果（1）卡托普利＋氯沙坦组治疗总有效率高于卡托普利组（P＜0.05），差异有统计学意义。（2）治疗后卡托普利＋氯沙坦组的收缩压和舒张压改善均优于卡托普利组（P＜0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论卡托普利和氯沙坦联合治疗高血压的效果良好，同时辅以护理管理路径，有利于改善病患血压情况。%ObjectiveTo investigate the value of community hypertension prevention and management path.Methods200 cases of hypertension patients in community as research subjects were randomly divided into captopril + losartan and captopril group. Captopril group application ACEI drugs captopril, captopril + losartan group application ACEI drugs captopril ARB losartan therapy drugs. In drug treatment, based on nursing management were given path, contrast the two groups of patients.Results (1) captopril + losartan treatment group was significantly higher than the total efficiency of the captopril group (P<0.05), the difference was statistically signiifcant. (2) after treatment with captopril + losartan improve systolic and diastolic blood pressure group were significantly better than captopril group (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. ConclusionThe effect of captopril and losartan combined with a good treatment of hypertension, supplemented by nursing management path, improves blood pressure situation, worthy of clinical application.
