产前B超诊断胎儿脐带绕颈的临床应用价值探讨

摘要

Objective To investigate the prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetal B and clinical value band around the neck.MethodsHospital antenatal ultrasound B 1200 cases of pregnant women as research subjects, the results of pregnant women with prenatal childbirth fetus compare the results to calculate the accuracy of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetal B cord around the neck.Results B prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetal nuchal cord were found in 244 cases, 249 cases occurred determine fetal umbilical cord around the time of delivery, diagnostic accuracy was 98.0%. There was no signiifcant difference (P>0.05) cord around the neck week, two weeks, three weeks of diagnostic accuracy.ConclusionPrenatal diagnosis of B-accuracy rate of fetal cord around the neck, with a certain signiifcance in the choice of mode of delivery and other aspects of the fetus, worthy of clinical application.%目的：研究探讨产前B超诊断胎儿脐带绕颈的临床应用价值。方法选取我院接受产前B超检查的孕妇1200例作为研究对象，将孕妇产前检查的结果与胎儿的分娩结果进行比较，计算产前B超诊断胎儿脐带绕颈的准确率。结果经产前B超诊断共发现脐带绕颈胎儿244例，分娩时确定发生脐带绕颈胎儿249例，诊断准确率为98.0%。脐带绕颈一周、两周、三周的诊断准确率的比较无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。结论产前B超诊断胎儿脐带绕颈的准确率高，在胎儿分娩方式的选择等方面具有指导意义。
