目的：分析妊娠期高血压疾病行剖宫产手术的麻醉处理方法。方法选取我院产科门诊收治的150例妊娠期高血压病症患者，分别采用连续硬膜外麻醉、腰麻和腰麻与连续硬膜外麻醉联合的方式进行手术麻醉，观察分析不同麻醉方式的效果以及影响。结果不同麻醉方式的手术患者经治疗后均康复出院，麻醉与手术治疗的效果比较好。结论连续硬膜外麻醉是最为理想的麻醉方法，不仅能够起到良好的止疼作用，同时能够有效降低患者血压。%Objective Analyse anaesthetic methods in cesarean section to the hyperpietic patients who are ingestation period.Methods Choose 150 hyperpietic and pregnant patients in a hospital and take action of . continuous epidural anesthesia, lumbar anesthesia and the union methods to anaesthesia in the operation. And then observe and analyse different effect and inlfuence if take different anaesthesia methods.ResultsPatients who has different anaesthesia methods in operation are all have recovered after treatment, and anaesthesia in the operation can have better effect. Conclusion The continuous epidural anesthesia is the ideal anaesthesia method. It can not only have effect on stopping pain but also reduce patients’ blood pressure effectively.
