奥美拉唑联合西沙比利治疗反流性食道炎的疗效评价

摘要

目的：研究奥美拉唑联合西沙比利对反流性食道炎的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院2012年7月～2014年9月期间收治的82例反流性食道炎患者，按照抽签法将其分为观察组以及对照组，予以对照组法莫替丁联合西沙比利治疗，观察组奥美拉唑联合西沙比利治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果通过治疗后，其观察组患者的治疗总有效率大于对照组，两组间经对比，存在差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对反流性食道炎患者采用奥美拉唑联合西沙比利进行治疗，具有显著的临床治疗效果。%ObjectiveTo study the omeprazole combined Cisapride of relfux esophagitis clinical therapeutic effect.Methods From July 2012 to September 2014 admitted during the period of 82 cases of relfux esophagitis patients, according to the draw method of the divided into observation group and control group, the farmer to the control group for butyl joint Cisapride treatment, compared two groups of patients the clinical therapeutic effect. observation group omeprazole combined xisha Billy treatment.Results After treatment, the observation group of patients in the treatment of total effective rate signiifcantly greater than the control group, the comparison between the two groups, the difference statistically significant (P<0.05).
