温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤治疗高血压的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：探讨温胆汤合半夏术天麻汤治疗高血压的临床效果。方法选取我院于2012年11月～2014年11月收治的120例高血压患者，使用随机数字法将其分为实验组和对照组，对照组采用西医常规方法进行治疗，实验组使用中医方法进行治疗，对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组的总有效率为95%，明显高于对照组的75%，两组数值对比，P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论通过研究显示，温胆汤合半夏术天麻汤治疗高血压的临床效果显著。%Objective Determine whether wendan tang and pinellia rhizoma gastrodiae decoction for treatment of high blood pressure.Methods the hospital from November 2012 Selected to November 2014 treated 120 cases of patients with Hyper tension,using the method of random Numbers will be divided into experimental group and control group,control group treated with conventional western medicine method,the experimental group using the method of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,compared the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Results Experimental group total effective rate was 95%,signiifcantly higher than the 75% of the control group,two groups of numerical comparison difference to be markedly,with statistical signiifcance (P<0.05).Conclusion Through the study shows that wendan tang and pinellia rhizoma gastrodiae decoction in the treatment of high blood pressure effect signiifcantly.
