多元化护理干预对妊娠合并糖尿病患者的影响研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of diversiifcation of nursing intervention on patients with gestational diabetes.Methods 80 cases of patients with gestational diabetes in October 2012 to 2014 in April to the hospital for treatment were divided into two groups, a control group of patients using conventional modes of care, the observation group were treated with diverse nursing care intervention. Maternal glycemic control and complication rates of the two groups of patients was observed.Results After treatment, glycemic control of patients in the observation group was better than the control group of patients,P<0.05. Maternal and child patients in the control group, the complication rate was 22.5%, 2.5% in the observation group with significant differences. Conclusion The use of diversiifcation in nursing process in pregnant women with diabetes can reduce the risk of maternal complications, and control blood sugar levels in patients has important clinical signiifcance.%目的：探讨多元化护理干预对妊娠合并糖尿病患者的影响。方法选取2012年10月～2014年4月来我院进行治疗的80例妊娠合并糖尿病患者，分为两组，对照组患者使用常规模式进行护理，观察组患者采用多元化护理干预进行护理，观察两组患者的血糖控制情况和母婴并发症发生率。结果护理后，观察组患者的血糖控制情况优于对照组患者，P＜0.05。对照组患者母婴并发症发生率为22.5％；观察组为2.5％，组间对比差异明显。结论在妊娠合并糖尿病患者的护理过程中采用多元化护理能够降低母婴并发症发生的几率，控制患者的血糖水平，在临床中具有重要的意义。
