软坚散结消瘿散治疗甲状腺结节临床观察

甲状腺结节是近年来多发病，属中医学“瘿病”范畴，西医保守治疗甲状腺结节手段有限，治疗局限性与副作用明显。中医通过辨证论治，采用理气舒郁、化痰散结、活血化瘀、软坚消瘿等疗法，服用自制中药方剂软坚散结消瘿散可以取得满意疗效，显示了中医药对此病的治疗优势和特点，为治疗开辟了新途径。%Recent years Thyroid nodules are frequently-occurring disease, is a traditional Chinese medicine ‘gall’ category, western conservative medicine treatment for thyroid nodule limitations and side effects significantly. Through the treatment based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine therapy as Qishuyu, dissipating phlegm and resolving masses, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, soften xiaoying, ruanjian sanjie xiaoying etc, taking the self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions can be proved satisfactory, showing the superiority of TCM on the treatment of the disease and the characteristics, a new way for treatment.
