舒适护理干预对上肢骨折患者术后疼痛与功能恢复的影响分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the impact of nursing intervention of comfort care on postoperative pain and functional recovery of upper limb fractures patients.Methods70 cases of upper limb fracture patients were divided into two groups, observation group received comfort care, control group received conventional care and nursing results were compared. ResultsThe VAS pain scores was lower, and upper extremity joint ROM score was higher than the control group with statistically significance (P<0.05).ConclusionComfort nursing intervention can significantly relieve pain of upper extremity fracture patients, and promote functional recovery.%目的：分析舒适护理干预对上肢骨折患者术后疼痛与功能恢复的影响。方法将70例上肢骨折术后患者分为两组，观察组给予舒适护理，对照组给予常规护理，比较两组护理效果。结果观察组VAS疼痛评分低于对照组，且上肢关节ROM评分高于对照组，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论舒适护理干预可缓解上肢骨折患者术后疼痛程度，促进肢体功能恢复。
