克罗恩病的临床治疗体会

摘要

目的：探讨克罗恩病的治疗体会。方法对2007年～2012年我院收治的15例克罗恩病患者的资料进行分析。结果经治疗以后，缓解的12例，有显著效果的3例。结论克罗恩病的临床表现多样化，要注意与其他病区分，以免误诊患者。%Objective To investigate the treatment of Crohn's disease . Methods 15 cases of Crohn's disease in our hospital from 2007 to 2012 were analyzed. Results After treatment, 12 cases got remission and three cases got a signiifcant effect .Conclusion The clinical manifestations of Crohn's disease is diverse and attention should be distinguish from other disease in order to avoid misdiagnosis of patients.
