脊柱胸腰段骨折合并骨盆骨折的围手术期护理对策分析

摘要

目的：探讨分析脊柱胸腰段骨折合并骨盆骨折的围手术期护理对策。方法对我院2013年12月～2014年12月手术的60例脊柱胸腰段骨折合并骨盆骨折患者的护理对策进行分析，随机分为观察组、对照组，每组30例。观察组患者给予围手术期护理，对照组患者给予常规护理，观察对比两组患者的临床护理效果。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间以及并发症发生率均要低于对照组， P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论对脊柱胸腰段骨折合并骨盆骨折患者实施围手术期护理，可以有效改善患者的生活质量，减少并发症的发生。%Objective Study and analyze perioperative nursing countermeasures of the thoracic lumbar fractures combined of pelvic fractures.Methods60 cases with fracture of thoracic lumbar spine surgery in our merger with pelvic fractures were analyzed and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group, and the nursing countermeasure were discussed. Observation group patients were given perioperative nursing, the control group with routine nursing care. Observe and compare two groups of patients with clinical nursing effect.ResultsOperation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay, and complications in the observation group of patients were lower than the control group, signiifcant difference comparing the two groups (P<0.05), with statistical signiifcance. Conclusion In patients with thoracic lumbar spine fracture merge pelvic fractures, perioperative nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the occurrence of complications and is worth popularization and application of nursing countermeasures.
