现代预防医学预防麻疹的疗效研究

摘要

Objective To explore method of the effect of modern preventive medicine for measles prevention.MethodsSelected 200 patients from 1 to 5 years old in our hospital to analysis, divided into the control group and observation group, two groups had 100 patients, the control group using traditional methods of prevention, observation group is the use of modern preventive medicine way for prevention and treatment, compared the incidence at clinic and adverse reactions rates of the two groups. Results The incidence rate of 4% in observation groups, the control group rate of 12%, the satisfaction rate in observation group was higher than control groups, the difference had statistical signiifcance (P<0.05) in the incidence at clinic and adverse reactions rates.Conclusion Using modern preventive medicine to prevent measles was better than the traditional. Patients satisfaction rate was high but incidence at clinic and adverse reactions rates was low.%目的：对现代预防医学进行麻疹预防的方法和效果进行探讨分析。方法根据我院接收的1～5岁200例儿童患者来进行研究分析，将这些患者分成对照组和观察组，均有100例患者，对照组患者使用的是传统的预防方式，观察组使用的是现代预防医学方式进行预防治疗，对两组患者的临床发病率、不良反应率进行对比分析。结果观察组患者的发病率是4％，对照组患者的发病率是12％，观察组患者的临床满意度也比较高，两组患者的不良反应率、发病率，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论麻疹使用现代预防医学来进行预防的效果要比传统预防方法更优秀，患者的临床发病率较低，不良反应少，而且对预防的效果满意度比较高。
