甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠的疗效观察及护理

摘要

Objective Methotrexate curative effect observation and nursing for the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods During the period of 2012.6-2014.6 our hospital 42 patients with ectopic pregnancy were given the methotrexate therapy, supplemented by the corresponding clinical nursing at the same time, to observe the curative effect of treatment and nursing. Results The 42 patients with ectopic pregnancy after treatment and nursing of the total effective rate was 95.24%, 97.62% satisfaction. Conclusion Methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy, on the basis of strengthening the clinical care, to further enhance the efifcacy of the treatment, improve patient quality of life..%目的：甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠的疗效观察及护理。方法选取2012年6月～2014年6月期间我院收治的异位妊娠患者42例，给予其甲氨蝶呤治疗，同时辅以相应的临床护理，观察治疗及护理的疗效。结果本次42例异位妊娠患者经治疗及护理后的总有效率为95.24%，满意度为97.62%。结论甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠的基础上，加强对其的临床护理，能够进一步提升治疗的疗效，改善患者生活的质量。
